Ingredients
Ingredients: potatoes (99%), emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilizer: diphosphates, antioxidant: sodium METABISULPHITE, flavorings. It may contain milk, eggs and celery.
Indications
Pour 330 ml of milk into a saucepan, add a pinch of salt if you like and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat. Add 200ml of cold water, pour the contents of a bag and mix vigorously for about 2 minutes until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.For an even more intense flavor add a knob of butter and grated cheese.
