Ingrediants
wheat flour – lemon cream 17.5% (sugar – water – glucose syrup – sunflower oil – skimmed milk powder – egg yolk * 5% corresponding to 0.9% of the total ingredients – infusion of Sicilian lemons 2% corresponding to 0.4% of the total ingredients – thickeners: pectin – flavorings – preservatives: potassium sorbate) – fresh eggs * 16.5% – sugar – butter – sunflower oil – natural yeast (flour wheat – water – yeast) – glucose syrup – emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids – alcohol – skimmed milk powder – salt – natural flavoring.
