Pecorino produced in Pienza, an excellence, produced with only sheep’s milk. Pientino, a typical area renowned for the particularity of its natural and aromatic herbs such as thyme, savory and mugwort from which it benefits.
Pecorino di Pienza is so good that it is excellent tasted even on its own: cut a slice and go, each bite in itself is a masterpiece.
