Lively, with a fresh and pleasant taste, the most summery and typical of the Circeo area. Straw yellow in color, with intense aromas with floral and tropical fruit notes. Soft, pleasantly lively with its fine perlage. Excellent as an aperitif, it accompanies seafood dishes, risotto, spaghetti with clams, baked turbot with potatoes.
